Scheduling
What the two regions mean in practice
We run both areas week in, week out, so neither one is an afterthought. What it changes is scheduling, not service:
- Urgent, unsafe situations get handled the same day wherever you are; call rather than emailing
- If your town isn't listed, ask. We cover most of southern and central Maine and will say plainly if a job is too far to do properly

Two regions, two very different sets of surprises behind the panel cover — we know what to expect from both before we even open it up.
On the coast
Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick
Older colonials and capes alongside newer builds, a lot of finished basements and additions, and heavy demand for EV chargers, heat-pump circuits and standby generators — usually landing on a service that was sized for a 1970s household. We know that panel before we take the cover off.
Inland
Auburn, Lewiston, Poland, Turner, Lisbon
Mill-era housing, multi-family properties and farmhouses, where knob-and-tube, landlord code corrections and work from whoever was cheapest at the time are the norm rather than the exception. We've traced enough of these houses to know where the surprises usually are.
